Walt Cheruk is the President at Varick Media Management. A veteran in the media industry, Walt brings 30 years of agency and media sales experience to Varick. As President, Walt leads the overall company strategy, business growth, and client development for Varick. In addition, he spearheads the evolution of the company’s proprietary software, Alveo.
 
Walt most recently served as the SVP of Agency Sales & Development at Magnetic, where he led the agency business across all regions. In his role, Walt successfully grew the agency business while supporting Magnetic's media and technology capabilities. Previously, Walt was the EVP, Head of Digital at Carat, where he managed and expanded their digital media practice in North America while driving digital integration across all channels.
 
Along with a track record at full service agencies such as Dentsu Aegis and Publicis, Walt has also led ad sales and marketing teams for prestigious media and marketing technology companies such as National Geographic, Hearst, Discovery Communications and [x+1]. 
 
Walt graduated from the City University of New York - Baruch College with a degree in advertising, marketing and graphic arts.

Sandie Milberg Chief Revenue Officer

Sandie is a senior online sales executive with a track record of success in media and technology. Her experience lies in building, managing, growing and leading sales teams. She has deep relationships with ad agencies and marketers.
 
Prior to joining Varick Media Management, Milberg was Vice President, East Sales for Underdog Media, the first fully customizable media network. Previously, she was VP, East at Rocket Fuel where she managed a team of 18 people. Prior to Rocket Fuel, Sandie was VP, East at United Online. There she was responsible for the advertising sales of Adcurate, Classmates, NetZero, and Juno. Prior to United Online, Sandie was Director, Sales at Claria Corporation, a behavioral desktop advertising solution. At Claria, Sandie was the top salesperson and won numerous sales awards.
 
Milberg graduated with honors from Brown University and held the school record in the javelin. She resides in Fairfield, CT, with her husband Charlie, daughter Dylan, and dog Woodrow.

Kaitlyn Boulos is a digital media executive with extensive experience in Global brand strategy in the Retail, Luxury, CPG, Pharmaceutical and Entertainment verticals. In her current role as Vice President of Client Strategy and Partnerships at Varick Media Management, she is responsible for leading in-market strategic efforts with both agencies and brands to determine and shape meaningful arrangements. In addition, Kaitlyn oversees Varick’s Planning, Marketing and Partnerships teams to continually cultivate and align the Varick story while keeping it relevant and compelling on behalf of clients.
 
Prior to joining Varick, Kaitlyn lead Client Strategy for Undertone’s EMEA division where she helped to start and grow their EMEA footprint while building out their internal team. Kaitlyn graduated with honors from the University of New Hampshire with a double major in Interpersonal Communication and Medical Sociology.
 
After spending three years in London, she has recently returned to her native New York with her food-focused chef husband, Michael and their hairless dog Bowie.

Leading our Canadian office is Gabe Dunlop based out of Toronto, Ontario. Gabe is a senior media strategist, bringing 10+ years of experience from one room start-ups to the largest media owners in the country. Gabe has deep experience in traditional and digital out-of-home, specialty television, network television, premium online video, terrestrial and digital radio as a lead media creativity strategist, business developer, group manager and vertical industry lead.

Prior to joining Varick, Gabe was most recently at Bell Media’s national headquarters leading large scale media and branded content partnership projects across Bell’s top 100 clients leveraging their premium portfolio of media brands such as TSN, Much Digital Studios, CTV, Discovery, Virgin Radio, Vrak, Series+ and Astral Out-of-Home. Gabe’s final project at Bell was designing the partnership architecture for the Canada 150th Travel Program with Destination Canada in celebration of the nations birthday culminating in 2017, marking Bell's largest ever digital production and media partnership with the co-operative efforts of more than 10 regional marketing partners and the federal governement. Gabe is also the recipient of two Marketing Magazine Media Innovation Awards for his work on Universal Pictures “Ted Talks” campaign in 2015.

Bradley Nunn is the Head of Trading and Analytics at Varick Media Management, where he leads Varick’s media buying operations while promoting data at the forefront of programmatic trading. As part of his role, Bradley is responsible for overseeing a team of 10 traders and ensuring best practices in all elements of campaign management from set up to optimizations.

Bradley joined Varick in February 2014 after graduating from SUNY Fredonia with a Physics Degree. He currently resides in Astoria, New York.
